Site Manager – AD (Anaerobic Digestion) - Oxfordshire (circa £45k basic!)
THE JOB VACANCY:
This AD (Anaerobic Digestion) Site Manager position will be based at one of this businesses site’s in Oxfordshire and will be reporting into the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4. The Anaerobic Digestion sites convert organic food waste into biogas to generate green electricity. Your role is to ensure that the site that you run is operated as efficiently and safely as possible, in compliance with relevant regulation; and that it delivers outstanding service to its customers. You will deliver “best in sector” operational performance at your site. This is a fantastic company to be a part of that can offer fantastic progression opportunities to successful individuals!
THE COMPANY:
A UK market leader in anaerobic digestion, in-vessel composting and green waste composting.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Based or willing to relocate to the Oxfordshire region.
- Experienced in managing site and operators and site health and safety
- Mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of the AD industry.
THE PACKAGE:
Circa £45k plus annual bonus KPI related and Business related. Bupa Health care, occupational health, life assurance, pension total package 50K not including the use of a works van! As well as great opportunities to progress!
