The Job:
A practical outdoor role carrying out all aspects of soft landscaping including turfing, planting, seeding, mulching, and soil preparation. You will work across a range of projects in Mid and East Lothian, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency while supporting site preparation and general landscaping duties.

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in soft landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of plants, turfing, and soil preparation techniques
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible in working hours
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)

The Package:
- Competitive pay: £13 – £14 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full-time hours: 45–50 per week
