Technical Sales Manager
Technical Sales Manager – AMEA - UK Based - Crop Protection & Biologicals - Competitive Salary +Bonus + Car + Benefits + International Travel
The Job:
We are recruiting for a UK based Technical Sales Manager to spearhead commercial and technical development across the AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) region. This is a hybrid role combining agronomic expertise with international business development, ensuring our innovative crop protection and biological products are effectively positioned with distributors, agronomists, and growers across diverse markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and expand distributor relationships across the AMEA region, driving sales growth in line with company objectives
- Deliver BASIS-level technical support, training, and product positioning to partners and customers
- Coordinate and oversee field demonstrations, technical trials, and product validation with regional partners
- Provide market intelligence on emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and regulatory environments across AMEA
- Collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams to tailor product solutions and technical materials for regional requirements
- Represent Engage Crop Protection at international trade shows, technical forums, and customer events

The Candidate:
- BASIS and FACTS qualified (or working towards)
- Proven track record in technical sales within agriculture, crop protection, or biologicals
- Strong agronomic knowledge, ideally with international experience or exposure to diverse cropping systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering training and product demonstrations
- Ability to travel extensively across AMEA (approx. 40–50% of the time)
- UK-based, with flexibility to work remotely and travel internationally
