Territory Sales Manager (Northern Ireland) – Dairy Milking Equipment – Basic Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus + Car + Home Based + Excellent Benefits Package!!!
THE ROLE:
We are working with a major international and highly reputable milking and dairy machinery manufacturer that are looking to add strength to their Northern Ireland team.
This role will cover both traditional and robotic milking parlour equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and training dealers throughout the region, setting dealer targets and monitoring performance.
You will oversee the sales and budget targets for the territory of Northern Ireland as a whole.
Previous experience within Agricultural Capital Machinery sales role is essential.
Experience of managing and maintaining good working relationships, supporting, training and developing a dealer network, within the Agricultural sector.
THE CANDIDATE:
Professional understanding or experience of the Dairy Farming industry
Previous capital machinery sales experience within the agricultural sector
Min 3 years Business to business / Dealer network experience
An excellent communicator (English) and relationship builder
Good IT skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Full driving licence
THE PACKAGE:
Basic salary £35,000 to £40,000 Depending on Experience
Performance related bonus.
