The Position:
This Trainee Account Manager - Food job vacancy will be working for a highly innovative and forward-thinking organic food producer based at their site in Hampshire. This would suit an individual who is at the start of their career and who is passionate about good food (farming too would be a bonus) as their first or maybe second job. You will be joining a leading organic company with major presence in the both the on and off trade. We require individuals that are positive and enthusiastic working for a high profile FMCG brand. As a Trainee Account Manager you will be a trusted adviser to key clients, broadening and deepening the businesses client relationships with a diverse product range. You will have excellent presentation skills, be able to communicate at all levels, be assertive and persuasive. Also the ability to demonstrate originality and creativity in solving problems and meeting the needs of the clients to achieve or exceed sales and margin targets.

The Candidate:
- Passionate about good food.
- Previous experience in Account Management or Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiating skills and able to manage your own time effectively.
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience circa £18,000 - £23,000 basic plus a highly enviable full benefits package.
