Trainee Miller – Gloucestershire – Salary £32,000 + Full Training + 28 Days Holiday + Beautiful Working Environment!!
THE JOB:
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Trainee Miller with a can-do attitude to join the team at a beautiful mill based in the Cotswolds.
Reporting to the Head Miller, you will assist with the mill’s day-to-day running whilst learning the craft first hand. Sustainability and ecology are high on the agenda, sourcing grain locally where possible and also rare and old varieties from around the world.
You must come from an agricultural background and have a keen interest in grain farming and milling.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join this impressive, forward-thinking organisation.

•Keen interest in grain farming and sustainable farming practises.
