Welder & General Farm Worker (Horticulture) – Shropshire - Salary Circa £28,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus + Benefits + Ongoing Training & Career Development!!
THE JOB:
Are you a competent welder/machine operator (and fixer!) who enjoys working outdoors?
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a fantastic team based in Shropshire.
We are seeking a general ‘all-rounder’ with a mechanical aptitude to help maintain, service and sometimes adapt specialist bespoke machinery!
If you are a great problem solver that enjoys hands-on practical work – we want to hear from you!
This is a long-term position that offers training and development opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE:
• Practical, skilled welder.
• Problem solver.
• Team player.
• Competent machine operator.
• PA1/PA2 an advantage but not a necessity.
• A ‘can-do’ approach to work.
• Hard working, and physically fit.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary Circa £28,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus + Benefits + Ongoing Training & Career Development!!
