Agricultural Service Manager – Cambridgeshire
THE JOB:
We are working exclusively with one of the UK's agricultural machinery manufacturers recruiting for an Agricultural Service Manager in Cambridgeshire. This job will be working for a highly prestigious brand that can offer unrivalled opportunities moving forward. This Service Manager will be responsible for management of a team of 7, including a Parts Apprentice, Installation Team and the Service Team for this manufacturer. You will be responsible for implementing new company procedures and processes and must be able to identify areas for new processes and ensure that they are put in place. We are looking for an individual with a Service Management background that has a good amount of credibility within their field.
THE COMPANY:
A major agricultural machinery manufacturer – an extremely well-known brand.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Experience of Service Management.
- Open on industry background.
- Strong interest in the agricultural industry.
- Credible individual.
- Experienced in implementing procedures and processes.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic salary circa £35,000 - £40,000 per year plus bonuses and an excellent overall benefits package.
