Agronomist
Agronomist – Scotland (Field-Based, Technical Agronomy) – Scotland - Competitive Salary
The Job:
Our client is recruiting an Agronomist to deliver high-quality, compliant agronomic advice to growers across Scotland. You will manage a defined customer base, provide crop protection and nutrition recommendations, and support growers with practical, field-based decision making throughout the season.
The role is advisory-led, with a strong emphasis on stewardship, compliance, and long-term farm performance rather than short-term sales.

The Candidate
- BASIS and FACTS qualified (or actively working towards)
- Strong arable and crop production knowledge
- Confident operating independently in a field-based role
- Professional, trusted advisor with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working within a structured, compliance-led environment
