Arable Farm Manager 
Arable Farm Manager - Lincolnshire - £50,000 DOE + Accommodation Available + Company Vehicle

The Job:
A progressive and forward thinking farming business is seeking an experienced Arable Farm Manager to take responsibility for a large scale arable operation in Lincolnshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, well invested farming enterprise with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and high performance crop production. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day to day operations while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the farm.

Key responsibilities include:
- Full management of arable operations across a large-scale farm
- Planning and delivering cropping programmes to maximise yield and quality
- Managing cultivations, drilling, spraying and harvesting operations
- Overseeing machinery use, maintenance and investment planning
- Leading and supporting farm staff and contractors
- Managing crop inputs including fertiliser, sprays and seed
- Ensuring compliance with environmental, health & safety and assurance standards
- Working closely with agronomists and senior management
- Driving innovation, sustainability and best practice across the business

The Candidate: 
- Proven experience in arable farm management
- Strong technical knowledge of crop production and agronomy
- Experience operating and managing modern farm machinery
- Previous team management or supervisory experience
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and inputs
- Forward thinking with an interest in sustainable practices
- PA1/PA2 (essential), BASIS (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
