Job description
The Job:
This Broiler Farm Manager is based on a highly successful farm in Nottinghamshire, housing 250,000 birds.You will be responsible for the day to day running of the farm, health and safety, compliance and reporting, animal husbandry, biosecurity, and managing a team.You will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, have the ability to work under your own initiative and be a great team player, be responsive to daily issues and able to prioritise and offer solutions efficiently.
The Candidate:
· Previous management experience within a commercial broiler farm (100,000 +).
· Able to demonstrate previous KPI performance and outputs.
· Experience of managing a team.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Living or happy to relocate to the Nottinghamshire area.
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience – Salary circa £35,000 + Bonus + Accommodation. Plus great opportunities to progress!
