Graduate Technical Specialist – Poultry
Graduate Technical Specialist – Poultry -  Lincolnshire  + UK & International Travel - £26,000 – £30,000

The Job:
A great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to join a leading poultry business in a varied, hands on technical role. This position offers the chance to gain experience across poultry production, data analysis, and R&D, with full training provided. You will support the performance of breeding flocks and help with day to day technical queries. The role includes a mix of office work, farm visits, and some travel.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring flock performance and working with data
- Answering technical questions from farms and customers
- Supporting the running of poultry sites
- Keeping records and databases up to date
- Helping produce simple technical documents and guides
- Supporting projects with genetics and R&D teams
- Assisting with farm visits and occasional presentations
- Following biosecurity and health & safety procedures
The Candidate:
- Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related subject (or similar experience
- Interest in poultry or livestock
- Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
- Confident communicating with others
- Willing to travel when required
- Keen to learn and develop

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
