The Job:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic team within the agricultural supply chain. This role will be central to supporting the sales and trading teams, ensuring that the movement of agricultural products across the UK is carried out efficiently, accurately, and on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in agriculture to play a vital role in a forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of agricultural product sales and trades
- Liaise with transport companies, hauliers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery schedules
- Support sales and trading teams with planning, order fulfilment, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, contracts, and transport documentation
- Monitor stock movements and support compliance with company and industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in logistics, transport planning, supply chain, or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with hauliers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using IT systems
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector or industries is beneficial, but not essential
- Proactive, dependable, and able to thrive in a busy office environment

The Package:
- Salary between £25,000 – £30,000 DOE
- Full-time, permanent role – office-based in Hertfordshire (near Harlow)
- Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 hours
