The Job:
We are recruiting for an ambitious, driven individual to join one of the fastest growing machine manufacturers in the UK as a Product Support Specialist!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who wants to further their career and join a rapidly growing, innovative team based in Suffolk. This varied role offers the chance to represent the company at shows and events Worldwide!
You will work closely with the service teams throughout the distribution network and be available to deliver hands-on, practical advice, repairs and trouble shooting.
The Candidate:
• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Proven product support experience.
• A good knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Excellent customer service.
• A team player and exceptional communicator.
• IT literate.
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude!
• Full UK Driving Licence.
The Package:
Salary circa £35,000 (DOE) + 30 Days Holiday + Lap Top + Fantastic Benefits Package + Opportunity for Career Development!!!
