The Job:
Our client is recruiting a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within a fresh produce production or packing environment. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing output, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health & safety compliance while meeting operational targets.
The role is hands-on and requires a visible presence on the production floor, supporting teams during busy periods and driving consistency across processes.

- Supervisory experience within food production, fresh produce, or manufacturing
