The Role: As our Recruitment, Training & People Development Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our training and development program. Your mission is to enrich our team's skills, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellence, specifically tailored to the unique needs of the agricultural recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment to fulfil our ambitious growth plans.
  • Managing new recruit inductions.
  • Conduct full training on all of our recruitment processes and systems.
  • Design and execute a training strategy that addresses the specific challenges and opportunities of agricultural recruitment.
  • Perform skills gap analyses to identify areas for development, creating targeted action plans to foster team growth.
  • Develop engaging and relevant training materials, utilising a mix of traditional and digital delivery methods to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Offer personalised coaching and support to team members, addressing individual growth needs.
  • Assess the impact of training initiatives, refining programs based on feedback and measurable outcomes to ensure effectiveness.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure training objectives align with the company’s strategic goals, enhancing our position as leaders in agricultural recruitment.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in training and development, as well as in the agricultural sector, to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Training Manager or similar role.
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing impactful training programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of inspiring and developing a diverse team.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A passion for both the recruitment industry and for fostering an environment of learning and professional development.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Training, or a related field.
