THE ROLE:
This Sales Manager position is for the region of Southern Germany for a world leader and manufacturer of milking / dairy equipment and machinery. You will be responsible for market development and customer acquisition with both dairy farmers and the trade netowkr throughout Southern Germany, including Baden-Württemberg, much of northern Bavaria, and portions of Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate etc. This company have experienced unprecedented growth with lots more plans for the next five years that you could be a part of, with endless opportunities for career progression! Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be expected to achieve set sales targets and company objectives. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Based in Southern Germany.
- Experienced in selling to the dairy industry.
- Proven track record in sales growth.
- Excellent leadership skills, a proven leader of culture and business development.
- Strong people skills.
- A self-starter – the ability to work on his or her own, generate initiatives, plan well and follow through.
- Ability to lead from the front.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: Extremely competitive! Depending on experience + high OTE! + car, pension, health insurance and a great list of benefits and career progression opportunities!
