Seed Specialist – North of England - £35,000 – £48,000 + Company Car

The Job:
Our client, a leading global seed business, is looking for a Seed Specialist to cover the north of England, up to the Scottish borders. This is a hands on role combining technical seed knowledge, fieldwork and customer support. You’ll monitor seed quality, provide agronomic guidance to growers and distributors and support seed production trials, ensuring that all products meet industry standards. You’ll also maintain accurate records and stay up to date with market trends and regulatory requirements.

The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in seed production, agronomy, or related roles
- Strong technical knowledge of seed handling, testing, certification, and quality control
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Able to work independently, travel across northern England and the Scottish borders, and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high quality results

The Package:
- Salary: £35,000 – £48,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Company Car
- Full-time position with field-based responsibilities
