Senior Sales Administrator – Warwickshire. Salary circa £40,000 depending on experience.
THE JOB:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established agricultural business.
You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 – 4 staff, providing admin support to colleagues throughout the business, processing orders, managing and developing the bespoke database in terms of data entry and accuracy, running reports and working with the IT team to offer continual improvements.
You will be a proficient Senior Administrator, from a rural or farming background (personally or professionally) and have experience leading a small team.
You will be motivated, efficient and organised, have strong IT skills and a ‘can do’ positive attitude.

THE CANDIDATE:
• A farming or rural background – personal or professional.
• Previous Senior Admin experience, preferably within a sales environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
• A real team player, willing to contribute in supporting colleagues in the running of a busy office.
• An excellent communicator.
• Well organised and good time management skills.
• Good attention to detail and a solution based, creative thinker.
