Shepherd / Farm Worker - North Gloucestershire – Accommodation Available!!!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run farm team. My client is seeking a shepherd with previous experience to manage the day to day running of the flock and undertake additional farm duties including grassland management, fencing and grain hauling at harvest. You will be fully supported and trained to develop.
The Farm:
A 2000 Acre family farm with a flock of 700 breeding ewes and a small shoot, in North Gloucestershire.
The Candidate:
- Previous Shepherd experience.
- Able to work your own trained dogs.
- Ideally able to operate tractors and associated equipment.
- Fork lift experience desirable.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed, reliable, responsible, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
The Package:
Negotiable dependant on experience! Accommodation (3 bed Cottage) available.
