Are you an experienced Sprayer Operator/Combine Driver? Are you hardworking, reliable and have an eager and willingness to learn? If so, this could be for you...
Your key duties:
Working on agricultural operations including cultivation and irrigation projects.
Operating a Fendt 828 & 36m Horsch Leeb 8GS sprayer looking after wheat, beans, borage & sugar beet.
Operate range of Fendt & Case tractors during the summer and autumn carrying out a range of relief work using Lemken, Horsch & Vaderstad equipment.
Maintaining accurate records and stock levels.
The role will not be limited to these duties, and you will be required to carry out a range of other aspects of the role will involve slug pelleting & Avadex spreading using the farm’s Kuhn AGT, ditching & estate maintenance and a range of workshop related work from basic maintenance to overhauls.
Essential Skill Requirements:
Experience in spraying & cultivation
Pesticide application certificates - PA1, PA2, PA4.
Use and maintenance of agricultural equipment.
A good working knowledge of agricultural practices
Rough Terrain Forklift certificates
Attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
RTK & GPS knowledge
Enthusiastic with a can-do, positive attitude
You must have the Right to work in the UK.
Salary: £38000 + £6000 relocation support
Contract: Permanent
Location: Essex
Working hours: Flexible working hours plus overtimes
