The Job
- Repairing and servicing a range of agricultural machinery, including tractors, telehandlers, and other farm equipment.
- Conducting diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Traveling to farms to provide on-site repairs and servicing as required.
The Candidate
- Proven experience as an Agricultural Engineer, with a focus on repairing and servicing tractors, telehandlers, and farm machinery.
- Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
The Package
- Salary £35,000-£45,000
- Monday-Friday working days with the option of overtime.
