Account Manager
Account Manager – Belgium - Hybrid Working - €48,000 – €66,000 + Performance Bonus + Car
The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading, international business specialising in sustainable green infrastructure solutions.
This role will focus on managing and developing an existing client base across Belgium, while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving commercial growth, building long-term partnerships, and supporting clients in integrating innovative green solutions into their projects.
This is a hybrid position, offering a strong mix of autonomy, client interaction, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
- Drive sales performance and identify new business opportunities across the region
- Build long term partnerships with clients, dealers and stakeholders
- Support contract negotiations and oversee budgets
- Deliver product training and technical support to clients where required
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high quality solutions
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in account management, sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
- Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercially driven with a proactive mindset
- Interest in sustainability and environmentally focused solutions
- Competent with Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Experience within the green sector or related industries (desirable)
The Package:
- €48,000 – €66,000 basic salary DOE
- Performance-related bonus

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
