Agricultural Internal Sales Manager - Agricultural Supplies - Berkshire (Hybrid – office and field-based) - £40,000 – £50,000 - South West England + Vehicle Allowance
The Job:
Looking for a role where you can really make an impact? This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Agricultural Internal Sales Manager to join a growing business within the agricultural and rural supplies sector. This is far more than a typical account management role — you’ll be trusted to develop key relationships, spot opportunities others might miss and play a central part in driving business growth. If you enjoy a mix of strategy, client interaction and getting out on the road, this role offers real variety and autonomy.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong, long term relationships with key customers, becoming their go to contact
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and increasing spend
- Understand customer needs and offer practical, tailored solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, including pricing and agreements
- Keep a clear view of your pipeline, managing opportunities through to completion
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries and requests
- Keep up to date with market trends and developments in the sector

The Candidate:
- Experience in account management, sales or a similar client facing role
- Background within agriculture or fencing would be highly beneficial
- Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Able to spot opportunities and think strategically
- Organised and self motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
