Agricultural Territory Manager – Parts and Farm Consumables – East Scotland Region – Salary Circa OTE £35k - £60k + Car + Benefits + Home Based!
The Company & Role:
My client is a well-established, highly successful leading supplier of parts and farm general consumables to the agriculture, groundcare and forestry sectors.
Based from home, selling a range of parts and farm consumables direct to farm, the successful candidate will manage and grow the existing customer base, generate and follow up new leads, to grow the customer portfolio within the region (From Edinburgh to Aberdeen and as far West as Perth).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate currently selling direct to farm (any products), to join an established, highly regarded business.
The basic is set at such a level, to motivate and reward those who consistently overachieve on targets. With an unlimited commission, other overachieving sales managers within the business are averaging an OTE of £55 - 60k, with the exceptional achievers clearing an OTE of circa £100,000. The Candidate:
Direct to farm sales experience.
A proven ability to develop and grow a region would be an advantage.
Resilient and self-motivated.
Goal driven with a hunger to succeed.
An excellent communicator.
Customer Focused.
Computer literate.
Full UK driving licence.
The Package:
Salary: Basic Salary Circa £25,000 + Unlimited Commission (OTE £35k - £60k) + Car + Laptop + Phone + Benefits Package + ongoing training and incentives!!!!! With an unlimited commission, other overachieving sales managers within the business are averaging an OTE of £55 - 60k, with the exceptional achievers clearing an OTE of circa £100,000.
