THE ROLE:
This Animal Feed Sales Manager position is with a leading Animal Feed producer in the West Midlands. Throughout the sales territory of Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Staffordshire you will be selling a variety animal feeds, including cattle, sheep, chicken and pig feed to farmers across several counties. You will be delivering the best customer service and will be responsible for increasing profitability and sales. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be expected to achieve set sales targets and generate new business. This role is for an experienced sales professional with an excellent understanding of animal feed and the Agricultural industry.
THE COMPANY:
A fantastic family run animal feed producer in the Midlands. Specialists in all animal feeds including cattle, sheep, poultry, game, horse, pig and chicken feed, supplying smallholders and farmers with quality feed.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have sales experience within the animal feed sector.
- Live in the sales territory area.
- A strong Agricultural background.
- Confident communicator.
- It is essential that you have a good knowledge and understanding of animal feed.
- Be target driven; you will be expected to hit and smash all given targets.
- At least 5 year’s experience within the animal feed industry.
- Sales experience and management experience are essential.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: Circa £30K (May pay more depending on experience!).
There are excellent opportunities to progress within the company and the right candidate could earn up to £50K!
The package is up for discussion and will be dependent on experience.
A company vehicle will also be provided.
