Business Development Parts Specialist - Worcester - £35k - Bonus - Company Car 
An exciting opportunity to become a part of the family-owned business who specialise in Agricultural and Construction machinery parts.
Job:
We are in search for a talented individual who excels in communication with B2B Sales. This role offers a compelling and diverse opportunity, who will engage with markets in the Agricultral and Construction machinery sector. We seek a candidate with the ability to identify and convert new prospects, as well as provide support to the existing clients. An ideal candidate should possess prior technical and commercial experience within Agricultural machinery.
  • Effectively manage sales and margin growth.
  • Foster additional growth with existing customers by collaboratively securing new business opportunities.
  • Drive growth through the acquisition of new customers by maintaining a robust Business Development strategy.
  • Conduct visits and engage in commercial negotiations throughout the UK, including preparing quotes and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participation in the development of the sales strategy and annual sales budget in line with the National Sales Manager.
  • Regularly reviewing accounts and prospects with the National Sales Manager.
  • Formulating, agreeing upon, and executing account development plans with all customers.
  • Negotiating and establishing pricing, annual contract terms, and marketing activities.
  • Representing the company and its products at events and promotional shows as required.
  • Offering valuable input and recommendations for shaping commercial strategies.
Experience Requirements:
  • Business Development skills and communicating confidently across all organisational levels.
  • Organisation, methodical approaches, and keen attention to detail.
  • A proven track of knowledge within Agricultural Machinery.
  • The ability to function as a collaborative team player, fostering professional relationships with customers, senior managers, and colleagues throughout the company.
