Business Information Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager – Cambridgeshire

The Job Vacancy: 

We are currently recruiting for a highly successful global brand and manufacturer of Groundcare Machinery that have an exciting new vacancy available for a Business Information Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager to be based at one of their key sites within the Cambridgeshire region. This Business Information Manager (BIM) will be responsible for all areas of the organisations ICT, process flows and project management for all information related services. The role will involve ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the business for business processes, data flow and communication. With a focus on Project Management and Continuous Improvement the BIM manager will embed in their team a service driven culture driving sound change initiatives to create a process & communication architecture that meets the organisations business mission and strategies.

The Candidate:

  • A proven track record in Project Management / Continuous Improvement or an IT Systems Specialist.
  • A highly motivated individual with a pro-active approach and a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong people manager.
  • Posses excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
