Farm Manager – Organic Beef & Lamb Farm - Scotland
The Job Role:
Working for one of the most prestigious and beautiful farms in the UK, this Farm Manager job vacancy is based in Scotland. This Farm Manager job will be working for a well-established organic beef and lamb farm, that is a well-run, profitable farming business, founded on the principles of organic farming. As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for a small team, as well as developing their ten-year rolling business plan for farming, leading the entire farming team, producing high quality food products, rich in provenance and taste. You really couldn’t ask for a more idyllic location, alongside a hands-on job, where you can really take entire responsibility for the farming business, including future business plans.

The Candidate:
- Previous experience within a farm management and farm leadership role.
- Graduate, ideally in agriculture / life sciences / environment.
- Practical experience and proven success in modern pasture management and livestock husbandry.
- Fam business management and planning skills.
- Must possess a keen interest in organic farming.
- Thoughtful about the future of food and farming systems.
- Excited by continuous innovation.
The Package:
Starting basic salary at £35,000 - £45,000 basic depending upon experience + house! Plus fantastic overall benefits package!
