The expansive 200-acre farm, complete with a charming farm shop/café and cutting-edge milk processing dairy, is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join the team. As a key player in promoting local Isle of Wight food and farming, they're on a journey to make a real difference and have a fun while doing it!
About Us: The farm, nestled on the Isle of Wight, is not just a farm – it's an experience! With 150 adorable pedigree Guernsey cows that they lovingly milk, we're all about quality and taste. Their top-notch milk is transformed right here into irresistible branded products that the customers can't get enough of.
The Role: Head Herdsman: Managing the herd and bringing your A-game to all things dairy. We're on the hunt for a talented individual who thrives on challenges, loves to lead, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive in. Your leadership, communication skills, and boundless motivation will be your greatest assets as you navigate the exciting world of dairy farming.

- Ordering of supplies.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met and exceeded.

- Experience in AI and Foot Trimming.
