The Job:
Our client, a leading agricultural business in Perthshire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fruit Packing Hall Manager. This dynamic, hands-on role involves leading a dedicated team within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Key responsibilities will include overseeing a team of seasonal staff during the busy soft fruit season, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining food safety standards, including BRC and HACCP compliance. The role also involves stock control, reporting, and ensuring that all products are packed and dispatched in line with customer and company specifications.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, with a strong track record of managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced packing environment
- Expertise in BRC food processing systems and HACCP principles, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality
- Hands-on operational management of packing hall activities, consistently meeting production targets while upholding efficiency and quality
- Energetic and resilient under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills to navigate daily challenges effectively
- Strong communicator and team leader, able to engage effectively with staff at all levels and collaborate closely with senior management

The Package:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
- Free onsite accommodation provided with this role
