Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence in the animal health and nutrition industry. You will be responsible for providing the sales plan for the region, attend trade shows and farmers meetings.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good Knowledge of concept Selling.
