Regional Sales Specialist – Arable Seeds – Cambridgeshire.
THE JOB VACANCY:
This Southern Sales Specialist – Arable Seeds job vacancy will be working for a major UK producer of arable cropping seeds. The ideal candidate must be commutable to the Cambridgeshire region. You will be responsible for an established customer base in all aspects of sales communication and relationships in order to maximise regional opportunities. You will use your specialist knowledge to ensure improved consistency in crop performance to benefit all; merchant, farmer, processor and ultimately end-user customers. This really is a fantastic role with a market leading company, where there are great opportunities for ongoing career progression! THE COMPANY:
A major UK producer of arable cropping seeds, with a fantastic name within the UK market.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Proven successful sales experience within the arable sector.
- Commutable to the Cambridgeshire region.
- Commercially Aware – ideally with experience in the arable distribution sector
- Able to meet deadlines and manage budgets for commercial plans and activities
- Self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Familiar with MS Office Application, experience with CRM systems is an advantage
THE PACKAGE:
Starting basic starting salary of circa £30,000 - £40,000 pa (dependant on experience) + commission and benefits package including a company vehicle and definite opportunities for long-term career progression.
