Shepherd / Manager – Oxfordshire. Salary Based on Experience + Accommodation + Vehicle + Profit Share!!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run arable / sheep farm. My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to establish a new sheep flock. You will have previous experience of the day to day running of a flock, proficient in all welfare and productivity roles, and be compliant in record keeping. You will work alongside the arable team and undertake additional general farm duties to support the farm as a whole.
The Farm:
A 2500 Acre family Arable and Sheep farm, in Oxfordshire.
The Candidate:
- Relevant previous experience.
- Basic fencing skills required.
- Ideally able to operate tractors and associated equipment.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed, reliable, responsible, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
- An interest in gamekeeping would be an advantage.
