Temp Arable Farm Operative / Field Trials Assistant – Worcestershire / Warwickshire - Region Good Rates of Pay + Potential for Permanent Employment!!
The Job Role:
We are urgently seeking an Arable Farm Operative / Field Trials Assistant to support the autumn trials programme, for a highly prestigious crop solutions company. The short-term workers will be helping with the setup and running of crucial field scale trials looking at seed treatment technologies as well as other field projects.
The work will include use of farm machinery, such a small tractors and cereal drills, as well as maintenance tasks and the conduct of trials in the field. There will also be some lab-based tasks and some office work.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Experienced in operating a range of farm machinery.
- Seed drilling experience would be an advantage.
- PA1, PA2
- Qualified in an Agricultural discipline.
- A good team player and able to work on own initiative.
- Full driving licence.
