The Job:
Top & Stone Fruit Manager based in Kent. The successful candidate will oversee day to day management and long-term development of a 150-hectare orchard, including crop planning, cultural operations, pest and disease management, irrigation, harvest organisation, and ensuring premium quality standards are met. The role also involves managing seasonal and permanent staff, liaising with packhouse and agronomists, and implementing continual improvements to achieve consistent yields.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in commercial fruit production (top and/or stone fruit)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proactive, hands on and excellent problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of modern orchard systems, machinery and crop husbandry techniques
- FACTS and/or BASIS qualifications desirable but not essential
