Senior Sales Manager / Regional Farm Business Manager - UK (Home-based / Hybrid with regional travel) - £50,000 + Commission + Company Car
The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager / Regional Farm Business Manager to join a leading agricultural organisation during a period of sustained growth.
This is a field-based role focused on developing and managing relationships with farmers and farm businesses, helping them maximise returns through tailored crop marketing solutions. You will take ownership of your region, building a strong customer base while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business and growing an existing customer base
- Building strong, long-term relationships with farmers and farm businesses
- Promoting crop marketing and commercial services
- Providing clear and practical market insight to support customer decision making
- Representing the business with professionalism and credibility
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes
This is a highly autonomous role with regular travel across your region and occasional nationwide travel.

The Candidate:
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record or clear potential to win new business
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Self motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and commercial awareness
- Agricultural knowledge or farming background
- Experience in agricultural sales, grain trading, agronomy, machinery, fertiliser or related sectors
